1. What kind of service does PixFuture offer?
PixFuture provides the most powerful and fully optimized an online advertising and publishing platform for both our advertisers and publishers. PixFuture’s platform combines over a thousand premium partners, advertisers and networks.


2. Who should use PixFuture?
a) Website owners who are looking to profit from advertising on their site, but do not wish to be bothered with the extra work involved in recruiting advertisers.
b) Advertisers, marketers, agencies and small business owners who are looking to promote their product or service on the internet.


3. I'm an international advertiser/publisher, can I join?
Yes, you can join our advertisers or publishers program. All funds are based on US dollars.


4. What payment options do you offer?
Publishers may choose three types of payment options to receive money (PayPal, Webmoney, Bank transfer). Payments are based on a Net30 days basis. Minimum payment: Paypal $50 USD, Webmoney $100 USD, Bank transfer $500 USD. Advertisers may pay by credit card or wire transfer.


5. Do you accept non-English traffic and non-English advertisers?
Yes. Our ads use geo-targeting. This is a method of determining the location of a web visitor and delivering relevant language content to visitors.


6. Publishers: How do I post a banner on my website?
Copy an iframe or javascript ad tag code and paste on your web pages. Make sure to add tag code on domain you have registered. If you have other domains, please contact your account manager to add more domains.


7. Publishers: Where and how should I place ad tags on my site to have better results?
It is better to place our Ad Tag Code directly into your web pages. To maximize revenue and grow your CTR, we suggest you plan your Ad Tag's placements on your site, such as using ad tags above the fold placements, next to images or content, use combination of ad tags with multiple ad sizes but no more than three ad tags per page, consult with your account manager.


8. How do I permanently terminate my advertiser/publisher account?
Please contact your account manager.


9. I have forgotten my password. What should I do?
Click on the link "Forgot your password?" and provide your email address associated with your account. Otherwise, contact your personal account manager to reset the password.


10. Publishers: How many ad tags am I able to place per page?
Every publisher is allowed to place no more than three ad tags (banners) per page but no more than two banners with same size. For example, two ads 300x250 and one 728x90. The page may not contain an excessive number or density of ads. For most pages, no more than 4-5 ads is appropriate.


11. Publishers: Can I use same ad tags on more than one domain?
You are allowed to use ad tags only on approved and registered domains. If you have more than one domain name and wish to use PixFuture ad tags on them, please contact your account manager or Publisher Services to add them to your profile.


12. Publishers: How do I use PixFuture ad tags in Google DFP?
A short macro should be inserted into PixFuture Javascript/Iframe ad tags to properly serve ads via Google DFP. You need to modify ad tags by adding %%CACHEBUSTER%% instead of INSERT_RANDOM_NUMBER.
